• Submit Your Idea & Deposit: Purchase the Custom Design Deposit of $10 to secure your place in our design queue. This nominal, non-refundable deposit ensures only serious inquiries are reviewed.

• Design & Quote: Within 5-7 business days, our expert team will review your inspiration (e.g., your favorite sports team, pet, or initial) and create a personalized design sketch and firm quote for your approval.

• Crafting: Once approved, we move into the 3-4 week production period where your unique piece is meticulously crafted.

• Delivery: We ship your one-of-a-kind bag charm, necklace, or bracelet directly to you!
