The Ky Collection Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from The Ky Collection. If you have any issues, please review our policy below.
Returns We accept returns on all non-customized, unworn, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging, and you must have proof of purchase.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shopthekycollection@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our work, we cannot accept returns on personalized or custom-designed jewelry, sale items or gift cards.
Return Shipping The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
