(We do keep a few plated options available for those looking for a super-affordable trend piece, but our main focus is always in the high-quality staples!)

But here’s the Ky difference: we don’t just ship boring boxes. Every single item that enters our studio goes through a Ky Collection Inspection. I personally inspect every piece, hand-clean every stone to ensure maximum sparkle, and custom-package every piece so it feels like a gift the moment it hits your doorstep.

Q: What if my jewelry breaks or a charm falls off? A: We design our pieces to be lived in, but we know life happens! We stand behind the craftsmanship of every item we curate and create.

• The 30-Day Refresh: If your jewelry breaks or a charm goes missing within 30 days of purchase due to a structural flaw, we will repair or replace it for you completely free of charge. Just reach out to us with a photo of the piece!

• The Lifetime Repair Perk: Beyond 30 days, we offer a Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee. While we don't offer refunds for wear-and-tear, we are always happy to fix your Ky Collection pieces. If a jump ring opens or a clasp needs a tweak, you can visit us at any of our local pop-ups, markets or events and get any piece repaired for free while you shop!
