We primarily use 14k Gold-Filled and .925 Sterling Silver because they are durable, hypoallergenic, and designed to last through your everyday. Q: How do I keep my jewelry sparkling? A: To keep your pieces looking brand new, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Q: Do you make everything yourself? A: It’s the perfect mix! Many of our signature layers and custom charms are handcrafted right here in our studio. For our more intricate designs—like our pavé tennis bracelets—we partner with trusted vendors to bring you the best quality. Regardless of where it starts, every piece is personally inspected, hand-cleaned, and curated by Kylee to ensure it meets our Ky Collection standards.
📦 Shipping & Processing
Q: When will my order ship? A: We handcraft and package every order with love! Please allow 2–4 business days for your jewelry to be prepared before it ships. (Note: Custom orders or new collection drops may require a few extra days of magic!)
Q: How long does shipping take? A: Once your order leaves our studio, the timing depends on the method you picked at checkout:

Q: Can I return a custom or personalized item? A: Because custom and personalized pieces are made specifically for you, they are Final Sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

The 30-Day Refresh: If your jewelry breaks or a charm goes missing within 30 days of purchase due to a structural flaw, we will repair or replace it for you completely free of charge. Just reach out to us with a photo of the piece!

The Lifetime Repair Perk: Beyond 30 days, we offer a Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee. While we don't offer refunds for wear-and-tear, we are always happy to fix your Ky Collection pieces. If a jump ring opens or a clasp needs a tweak, you can visit us at any of our local pop-ups, markets or events and get any piece repaired for free while you shop!
Please note: This guarantee covers craftsmanship (broken links/charms). It does not cover lost items or natural tarnishing from improper care (check The Vault for cleaning tips!).
