Order Processing: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Custom Orders: Please allow an extra 7-10 business days for custom orders to be designed and created.
Domestic Shipping (United States): We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. All orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking.

Economy Shipping:

International Shipping: We are so excited to now offer international shipping from the US to select European countries! We currently ship to: the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Greece, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.
- No Surprise Fees: All import duties, VAT, and local taxes are calculated and paid directly at checkout. You will not have to pay any additional fees when your package arrives.
- Carriers & Rates: International shipping rates and delivery estimates are dynamically calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped securely via premium international carriers (like DHL, UPS, or FedEx) to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.
Order Tracking: You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
