What You Are Purchasing?

This is the required $10 non-refundable deposit to initiate the personalized design and curation service for your custom piece from The Ky Collection. Your design process will begin immediately upon receipt of this payment.

Why a Deposit is Required?

As a specialized, personalized service, we dedicate expert design time to curating charms and creating a unique design mock-up based on your vision. This deposit ensures all custom inquiries are serious and covers the cost of this initial consultation and design work.

How Your Deposit Works

The $10 deposit is fully credited toward the final cost of your custom piece.

• Example: If your final approved piece costs $150, your final invoice will be reduced by $10, leaving a balance of $140 due before production begins.
  

Please Note: This is a deposit for the design service only and does not represent the final price of the jewelry item.

Next Steps: After Your Purchase

Once you successfully purchase this deposit, your order will move into the design queue immediately:

1. Design Curation: Our designer will use the details from your submitted Custom Order Request Form (your inspiration, hobbies, and budget) to source charm options and craft a unique design concept.
   

2. Mock-up & Quote: Within 5-7 business days, you will receive an email containing:
   

• A digital mock-up of your proposed custom piece.
  

• The final, all-inclusive price quote (including the $10 deposit credit).
  

3. Final Order: You will approve the design and pay the remaining balance via a secure, personalized invoice.
   

🛑 Important Policy Details

• Non-Refundable: The $10 design deposit is non-refundable. It compensates for the specialized design time committed to your project, even if you choose not to proceed with the final purchase.
  

• Service Only: This purchase is a digital design service and is not a physical product. You will receive the design mock-up via email.
  

• Deposit Expiration: You have 7 days from the date you receive your final quote to approve the design and pay the balance. If you do not proceed, the $10 credit will expire.
